  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.
Next Day Shipping: Delivery in 1 business day.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
  • You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Global Depot is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damage

Global Depot is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

7. International Policies

We currently offer international shipping to several countries. Delivery times may vary by location. All international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change or cancellation can be made once the order has been processed.
  • In the event that we are unable to cancel in time, you may return unwanted products in accordance with our returns policy.
